Room was excellent, Staff was so accommodating and kind from front desk, to food&beverage/room service staff, to cleaning services staff, everything was top of the line.
Breakfast was very good.

We LOVED it! One of the most amazing hotels in Florida.
The resort is absolutely beautiful and the staff is friendly.
All staff with whom we interacted were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. The room itself and the bathroom were spacious, clean, well maintained. We were on the 8th floor and so could see the evening fireworks at Epcot. That was a bonus.
We had a very good time during the ice event
So much to do! The Ice Festival was a lovely touch. The rooms were very comfortable. We loved starting our day with the smoothie bowls at Jamba Juice. You could get everything you needed right at the resort.
We like the facility, the room and the friendliness of the staff. We valet our car, which is a great thing because we were taking out the car multiple times a day and they were very efficient at getting it for us.
Cleanliness
Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. I especially was impressed with a young man Darvell who worked at the flow riders so good with the kids who were in each session. He was kind and patient with my grandson.
Very clean and nice. Amazing atrium with beautiful flowers, fish and alligators. The food was also very good. Can't wait to go back!

The inside area was very nice, and the landscape was also very nice with the water falls and wildlife.
Would stay here again a million times over so may things to do and in a good location to venture outside of the resort as well

Loved Having access to everything we needed on property. All the food we ordered was great portions and very flavorful! Higher Prices are to be expected with a resort like this but it was not too over priced.

All things they have to do and different restaurants and bars and that inside world from the outside Wonderful Beautiful.
Brilliant facilities and things to do for kids at Christmas, amazing property and atrium. Great location to get around. Wildlife and gardens in the hotel ponds were really well maintained. Very clean. The escape room was brilliant.
